500+ Units Negotiated Proposal
Minimum Monthly Management Fee: $750.00 per month or such higher amount as agreed between the parties.

Board Meeting Attendance (after included meetings) $150/hour
Special Membership Meetings $250 per meeting
Project Management 5%–10% of project cost
Budget Preparation (outside annual budget) $250+
Reserve Study Coordination $250+
Audit Support $150/hour
Violation Administration $5–$15 per notice
Estoppel Coordination - As permitted by Florida Statutes
Records Requests - Per Florida Statutes
Litigation Support $150/hour
After-Hours Emergency Response $150/hour
One-Time Onboarding Fee

251+ Units Starting at $1,500
The onboarding fee is due upon execution of the Agreement and before commencement of management services. The onboarding fee is non-refundable once onboarding activities have commenced.
